These Terms of Service govern your use of prepstaracademy.com and any services provided by Prepstar Academy, a brand of Vish Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
Prepstar Academy provides semi-private SAT and ACT test preparation instruction. Specific program details, session schedules, pricing, and any score guarantee terms are set out in the enrollment agreement provided at the time of purchase. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a guarantee of any particular test result outside the terms of that agreement.
Prepstar Academy operates an SMS program to communicate with prospective and enrolled students and their parents or guardians. Messages sent through this program may include:
You join our SMS program by providing your mobile number and affirmatively checking the consent box on a form or chat widget on prepstaracademy.com. The consent box is never pre-checked. By opting in, you authorize Vish Holdings LLC, operating as Prepstar Academy, to send text messages and place calls to the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the programs you have expressed interest in.
Message and data rates may apply. Prepstar Academy does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.
Information collected through our SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS consent information to third parties for marketing purposes.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or to interfere with its operation. All content on this site, including text, graphics, and course materials, is the property of Vish Holdings LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility are governed by the enrollment agreement you receive when you purchase a program. Where those terms conflict with anything on this website, the enrollment agreement controls.
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. Test preparation outcomes depend substantially on student effort, attendance, and completion of assigned work. Except where a written score guarantee applies under the terms of an enrollment agreement, we make no warranty regarding any particular score or admissions outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vish Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sangamon County, Illinois.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
